IP & web printing management

Printers that install themselves.

Super Print keeps every client's printers and drivers in one place, and our software installs and removes printers on each PC. No print servers to run, no printers added by hand.

Built for IT providers who manage printing for many clients

What it does

One list. Every PC in step.

A printer's address, port, driver, location and share name live in Super Print. Our software on each PC makes that PC match the list.

One printer list

Every printer for every client, by branch: IP address, port, driver, location and share name. One place to look and one place to fix.

Our software does the work

A small Windows service installs and removes printers on each PC from that list. Nobody walks to a desk to add a printer by IP again.

Harvest what's already there

Scan a PC or a print server, read-only, and copy its network printers and their drivers into Super Print instead of typing them in.

How it works

Four steps, no print server.

  1. HarvestCopy the printers and drivers a client already has, with their IP addresses, into Super Print.
  2. Organize by branchEach branch is found from its subnets and, if you like, its office's public IP address, so a laptop on a home network is not mistaken for the office.
  3. Pick for each PCOpen a computer and tick the printers it needs from any printer the client has, grouped by subnet. Or give a whole branch the same list.
  4. Keep it in stepThe agent checks in regularly and adds or removes printers to match, and reports back what it did.

Safe by design

Changes to a client's PCs should never be a surprise.

For IT providers

Many clients, one console.

Multi-client

Add a client, get its ID and token, and manage its branches, printers and computers from the same command center. Remove a client and its agents stop.

Deploy with your RMM

One MSI for every client, plus a short-lived install token for each. Run it from your RMM, or hand a technician a file to double-click.
